To be honest that caught me by surprise a long time ago and I also believe a retailer should be clearer but it is true that one should get over it and shop wherever you want. However since you guys are being so generous I might start bitching.

My gripe is that they do not keep a record of my orders on my account for me to look at. Pretty well every other online retailer lets me study my previous orders.

I'll give you that one for sure. I keep the email receipt filed away, but I agree that it's nice to go to a website, know that I had ordered something before, go to that order, click and add, or in somecases, an outright re-order.
