I'm wondering if anyone has run a Dle55ra on a 24x9 prop. The airframe it's mounted on is super light for the 55 at 13.5lbs. I have been running it so far with a 22x10 which spins at 7100rpm on the ground. I clipped the ends of the 22x10 this weekend on the starting block and have a spare 24x9 carbon I'd like to get use out of.

Re: Dle55ra prop

Hi Ryan

I ran a 23x10 JXF wood on a DLE55RA on a can in a Goldwing 88" Yak 55 at sea level and on a similar Pilot 88" Yak 54 at 3500' ASL. I know both were 15+ pounds.

Both airplanes were perfect for IMAC with a 23 x10 . Not sure about 3D.

Originally both engines had a 23 x 8 wood JXF and I found better performance with a bit more entry speed from the 23x10

Get that drill guide out and go for it!
