Re: Phoenix 5 system requirements
Is it shared memory or dedicated.
I have had a few "Powerhouses" where memory is shared with system have very anemic graphics performance even when seemingly over specd . Phoenix is a fair resource hog if you want eye candy and good frame rates.

Re: Phoenix 5 system requirements
You should be fine with those specs and i'm running phoenix on an old dual core laptop. You can always turn down the graphics quality settings in game too if your finding performance to be suffering a little.

Re: Phoenix 5 system requirements
Which Sim Software would you consider for a beginner. I always enjoying flying out doors but I find the winters long and need some indoor interests.
Thanks |

Re: Phoenix 5 system requirements
I have a older Real Flight sim V3.5 that I use , and yes it may not be the latest and greatest but works just fine for something to pull out on a winter day when you want to have some fun. I had originally bought it to local loan to new flyers to give it a go without investing in new stuff.
Stan, You have your PM blocker turned and unable to send PM’s . Not sure if you know that. |
