Hi Guy's her is a picture of some more line marking on the main plug, before I do more work on it I kneed to mold the two stub wing's to be able to make the flange because I will be making the wings removable

Update I repeated all of the step on this side of the plug

Wax, PVA, cloth, and mat



It looks like tihis when you demold it kind of ruff looking



here it is after trimming



next step I will be making the part from the mold so I could build the flange so that I could have the wings removable to have access to the retracts

Hi guy's here are my first parts out of the mold My first parts are done with polyester resin the final parts are going to be made out of epoxy.



after molding the wings I was able to work on the flange, so I will be able to remove the stub wings so I have access to the retracts.

I decided to do some more mold last weekend. I decided to have the tail separated from the fuse for ease of installation of the flex drive.

Here is the tail in the parting table



The next post will be the finish mold of the tail I will not repeat all of the step, they are the same as the stub wing
