I now have the copy of the Basic routine, and will be practicing. I am able to do the maneuvers, but, they are not pretty. Hope to clean up my flying. Got my work cut out for me. lol

Re: Newbee

Welcome to IMAC! There is a lot of support available and the folks in IMAC go above and beyond for newbies. As long as you can fly and have fun while doing it, you’ll do great!

See you at the field!

Re: Newbee

We all start somewhere. Jump in and join the fun. Gives purpose to your practice and you will be a better pilot because of it.

Re: Newbee

I fly at Hespeler Model Aviators, just north of Hespeler Cambridge. Currently I fly a Pilot RC 67" Extra 330 (electric 6 cell) and a Extreme Flite MXS with a DA 35. The Extra is very light and is more suitable on calm days. It really gets bounced around a lot in gustier conditions. The MXS being 83 " and heavier really tracks well. I actually shoot trapp at the Waterloo Rod and Gun Club where the Flying Dutchmen Fly.
