can any one tell me the correct cg for skyline 30cc raven book says 4 1/8 that would require a enormouse amount of led on nose

The manual is available for download on this page. How far from the wing tube is the 4 1/8" CG point?
Where do you have the battery and rudder servo mounted? Any equipment you can move forward.

the rudder servo is mounted on tail batt for ign is mounted under cowl, dont want to move reciever any closer to ign, 41/8 is about 13/8 " away from wing tube

My guess would be a very conservative CG starting location combined with a light engine and a rear mounted tail servo adds to needing lots of nose weight. I would be tempted to put the tail servo up front and go pull-pull like the photo I pasted shows. You are going to have to adjust CG to your flying style after which most of us do. This recommended CG is a starting point and usually is nose heavy. Good luck and take care.
