Didn't say that I wasn't going to get struts from Altecaire RC but went to the top to get the part numbers and data that I needed to order when needed. Gave up emailing
for info as he doesn't reply to any emails in the past; must have tried at least 4 or 5 times. don't care to use telephone when emails are free but will certainly order from him when ready.

As for buying a Behotec 220 for a Sprint.... little overkill in the thrust department....LOL
I would sooner look at a JM VT80 or 100. My current VT80 just boogies along fine in the Sprint and
mine (Sprint)is a little heavier than most. The other alternative for a little more push would be the JM100.

Re: The Boomerang Sprint Club

Where to buy isn't the issue. As Stegl points out, it's doing the research to make an informed choice when the time comes.
While researching retract options, I found that Pro-Link have trunions to suit 6mm and 8mm pin struts. Part numbers are TR-601-6 and TR-601-8.

Hi Peter
I do not know why you make such a statement I have no answered emails for you pending, if you asked and I did not reply is probably because it went to spam and my filter deletes spam automatically but as it stands I have no answered emails for you.

Did you mean you emailed Behotec in Germany 4/5 times or myself?
Please clarify because I searched the email trail and did not find any pending request.
Please re-email so I get all the details
Thank you

Re: The Boomerang Sprint Club

He Peter : It was about a year or so ago . Had a question or two about products you carry and had some questions on them. Wasn't Behotec . I used your on site email address. Did get an answer once or twice and then it dropped. Never thought of spam but will keep that in mind for future orders/questions. In my personal emails I have always included you in Canadian sources of products you carry. I will send a pm to your email address to see if it is working so I have it all correct, if that is ok ?

Thanks and keep up the good work as I prefer to keep my dollars in Canada.

Oct 30 2014 ~ Feb 02 2015 we had 19 email communications back and forth re. VT80 and the last email was my reply back to you re pricing, money order, and warranty work. No further correspondence took place until April 29 2015 re Angus' Turbo Beaver.

I have no emails regarding any Sprint retracts or struts etc.

Im merely agreeing with Stegl. Not trying to flame you.

However over the past year or two I have emailed and even left phone messages regarding smaller items such as struts, valves etc to which I did not receive any response at all. My other friend has experienced the same.

If people are sending emails to you and they are all going into the trash.. well then, that can't be good for business. You should do something about it.

Im not upset with you.. I just go elsewhere

Re: The Boomerang Sprint Club

Appreciate the response. Don't keep copies of past emails sent or received over a month old. As per my previous comments I just did the research on the Behotec website for replacement retract struts from Behotec and as per my comments will order from you when ready.
No hard feelings, please, just called it as I saw it as one other responded with similar
results so not your fault if the spam knocks out the messaging. Good that you responded so we know all is alive and well.

Have send an email to your website as a test.
Thanks
Len
