Picked this up a couple years ago with the intent of finishing, but life gets in the way. The gear has been added and gear doors where made as the original Byron's do not have gear doors. The servos for the elevator have been installed. Don't know the servo type at this moment as the plane is in storage for the time being. The wings have been skinned but not glassed. The wings and tail feathers were aftermarket to allow for the Balsa Skins. The original wings etc are included. Built with turbine in mind there are two hatches installed, top and bottom.

Here's an example of what these kits are going for in the US $550US NIB. That's about $725CAN NOT including the gear or the tail servos, taxes, duties and shipping

Sorry, Shipping is not an option at this time

Looks like a bluebird servo in the last pic.

Yes they most likely are, as I use them in all my GS warbirds and Turbines. Never had so much as a glitch with them.

Re: Byron F-16. Gear and tail servos included

Due to the lastest scam by ALL shipping companies, it is virtually impossible to ship this plane.

Since their scam is to now use what is called DIM weight(Dimensional weight)(how that makes any sense I don't know.) They now say that a box this big weights this much, and that's that! They must assume that every box is filled with lead.

For example. I just checked with Greyhound to ship this plane 80"longx24x24 weight 20 lbs. Put that into their rate calculator and it tells me that THEY perceive it to be 297 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF!!! They are completely out of control.

Peter,

Have a look at Manitoulin Transport. I've sent and received some large items through them and their prices are much more within reason.
