How to Price Older NIB Planes?
I'm selling off about a dozen foam (Multiplex, etc.) but how does one determine a fair price? Is there a better source than RCCANADA classifieds?

Re: How to Price Older NIB Planes?
Start a bit high and drop the price till it sells is the easiest way . what it sells for is the going rate . Don't let anyone try to tell you your asking to much , ask what you need to get for your item ,if it doesn't sell you can always drop your price or choose to keep it if the offers are far less then your willing to accept .

Re: How to Price Older NIB Planes?
Thanks - I sorta figured that. But I would rather see them sold for a decent price to a person who would use them than to sit. Especially since they no longer make things like the Space Scooter. And I won't use them where we are moving.

Re: How to Price Older NIB Planes?
Do you remember what you paid for them? If so what would you like to get for them? Keeping in mind Roger's sound advice.
Don't GIVE them away unless you really want them gone and don't want to have to move them.

Re: How to Price Older NIB Planes?
I'm hoping to recoup most of what I paid. There are some real classic models there. But the better half wants them GONE!

Unassembled models almost always command more money than an assembled model ..... and can more easily be shipped, expanding your range of buyers.
