As always, I get a little overambitious when I buy things (hahahaha), and sadly I just don't see myself getting to this one.

Airframe is in decent condition, but does show some wear. The horizontal stabs were rebuilt and stiffened with carbon rods. Pretty sure that the outer wing panels came from another Corsair, as they are setup for flaps but the fuse is not. And they are not a perfect fit (see photos). That said, they are in good condition and can be used with a little bit of work.

Unfortunately I do not have the two panels from the underside of the fuse, but they should be easy enough to make.

Retracts are the specified Robart #150B rotating air retracts, complete with struts and 5" wheels

Basically you are buying the retracts and getting an airframe with them!

This could be brought to the KWFD Swap Meet on Saturday if someone was interested in picking it up there.

Thanks!

A seriously rare kit. At the time the Byron stuff had a really close outline of the real ones. If I wasn't just like you I would buy that.

I might have to take that off your hands for you Steve. Can you bring it Saturday? Unless you don't have room. Then we can meet up some time.

No problem, I'll make sure I have it with me. I also have the assembly manual that I can print out.
