I have been adding more and more lighting to our models and found a cheap supply for 5mm coloured LEDs with supplied resistor(s) for 5-6v.

Sure many colours may not be used but they are cheap enough.
NOTE for the red and yellow LEDs use two resistors in series or it may burn out. For others 1 resistor works.

I added a polarity pic for reference.

BTW I often wire my lights directly to any servo leads close the light location rather than run separate long wires. The LEDs draw so little current the servos don’t notice.

The Meteor came with a nav light system. I added the landing lights which are a different type.
They too were wired directly into the radio power.
