Wow Adam when looking on the that other thread you posted very nice work on the cockpit. Where did you get your pilots? I have gotten the expensive ones out of Maff's Cav out of Germany before. He does a nice job but like I say they are not cheap. Also the little extra work done behind the ejection seats looks good too.

Thanks very much.... still a little bit more to do but I'm very happy with how it turned out..

The pilots are from www.warbirdpilots.com the pilots heads also move with the rudder..

More scale details to come.... working on the ri8sing beacons on the aft part of the cockpit and underside... lots of fun!

Great job. Keep it coming. I'm a sucker for the Snowbird & appreciate seeing pilots in scale models BIG TIME.

Re: Turbine Jet CT-114 Tutor

Adam
Yes the c-50's are the ones. Are you going trailing link or the straight strut. I have the trailing link now, and I know the purest out there will say they don't look scale enough but I think they perform better and if you get a big bounce it could be the end of your model.
I have also gone with the smaller size actual Behotec wheels he makes for it and not the rock hard Intaricos.
Now Comp arf sell Airtech retract gear for them if I am right and again if I am right they show that their out of business now. Also the wheels that Comp arf offer for this airframe look ridiculous but that is my opinion.

What are you doing for your lens on your beacons. I have some from Details4scale that I got a long time ago but they seem too big to me. Will you design those or do you have source for supplying.

Thanks
Alan
