Re: dle and dla engines

I purchase my new DLE's from Great Hobbies or AMR Hobbies. Between them they presently have in stock DLE's in every size from 20cc to 85cc, and some bigger twins.

I agree with the guys above. Good selection in Canada and it is just our dollar that is effecting the price. You will have to pay conversion on our dollar if you order from outside of Canada and there will no be free shipping like there is available from several Canadian suppliers.

Re: dle and dla engines

I have been ordering DLE parts from Hobby Hobby had really good luck. Use to order parts from Thunderbolt but last set of piston kits I got were clones not true DLE. I am not knocking Thunderbolt had very good luck with everything else I have ordered from them. Great Hobbies also a supplier dealt with them a lot. Now I order from my local supplier Mighty Small Cars Nova Scotia.

Re: dle and dla engines

DLE engines are available from AMR RC in Quebec. I believe there is free shipping over $100.00 dollars in Canada. Good luck.

Lots of good used ones around at reasonable prices. But most won’t pay a reasonable price.

Agreed. All but one of my gas engines were purchased used. You can save a good chunk of change, including sales tax.
