shame I just threw out the packing for a arf that the box was honeycomb , could have just shaved off the 2 sides and epoxied it to make it strong ,

moving right along . mounted the cannons, I use plastic wing bolt threads to make the cannons removable . . Glued in the ailerons hinges , pocket hinges looking pretty good . A little trick I use is to clamp the ailerons while the epoxy sets to make sure the aileron is in the center of the pocket . clearances are very tight so if it drys slightly off center it will limit throw ..
